All parts, up to 150 pounds, will be sent UPS Ground. Express delivery options are available by request only. Additional charges will apply to these options.

ALL transmissions and parts over 150 pounds will be shipped YRC truck freight.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If an order is refused by the customer original shipping charges and return shipping will not be refunded.

All items are insured when shipped from Performance Automatic. If an item is lost by the carrier we will make a claim for payment. When a claim is paid or acknowledged by the carrier a new part(s) will be sent at no charge. If a customer wishes to obtain parts lost immediately, customer will be charged for the replacement items upon approval and will be credited back upon receipt of insurance payment claim from the carrier.

All shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico must ship via air (additional charges will apply).
All in stock items are usually shipped immediately; back order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

A handling fee of $7.95 applies to all orders. Maryland state tax of 6% will be added to all orders shipped within the state of Maryland. No sales tax will be added on out of state orders.
